This was a great weekend. Ernie had Friday off, which was such a treat. He is so amazing. His new job requires him to be gone for so much of the day, but when he does make it home he is 100% focused on Elliana and me. Usually, he makes it home in time for Elliana's bath and to say good night. We had so much fun spending the weekend together. I even got to sleep in an extra 20 minutes on Saturday and Elliana got to have some special Papai time. We have been having nap issues, but Elliana took a few short naps in her crib. I'll take it!! She is enjoying her new grabbing skills and loves to hold everything and grab anything that comes close. She has figured out how to pull on the monkey cord that makes the music play on her play mat and loves her new activity center.
On Saturday we had to go to San Diego, so we met up with our good friends Anthony and Shaquanna, and Dan and Stasia. Dan and Stasia have a new baby boy, Blake, who is just 5 weeks younger than Elliana! It was fun to see them and to meet Blake.
My Mom and Bekah also visited (I think last week...who can keep track?!!) so here are some fun photos from their visit.
