GUACAMOLE

As we were making sandwiches for lunch on Sunday I decided to use an almost-long-forgotton avocado to spice up my quesadilla. As I'm slicing it open Ernie suggests, "Dearest wife, why not use the Magic Bullet to turn this common avocado into delicious guacamole?" "What a fantastic suggestion," I say.

I don't know how to make guacamole. I've only made it with guac mix, or seen others make it. So I look around to see what kind of ingredients I have: lemon, lime, salt, pepper, mini tomatoes. I start to get the ingredients out when I spy the (drum roll please...) MAGIC BULLET RECIPE BOOK!! I throw in my ingredients with a few cloves of garlic and voi-la---possibly the best guacamole I've ever had.

So THANKS magic bullet for not only flavoring my quesadilla, but for being my first magic bullet creation!!
